Exotic Suitcase is pleased to offer our customers free shipping. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. For most items, this usually takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on the shipping address. Heavier items take longer. Please make sure the address you give us is a valid United States Postal Service delivery address.

Please note that tracking information for shipments via USPS may not be updated until after the package is delivered.
